Refund Policy for Optimer

This Refund Policy explains how Optimer handles subscription cancellations and refund requests. By subscribing to our service at optimer.cloud, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Optimer operates a subscription-based SaaS platform for image optimization. As services are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final. However, we want our users to be satisfied, so limited refunds may be available under certain conditions.

Refunds may be considered if: You experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and our support team cannot resolve them. You were charged in error or for duplicate transactions. You cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription and have not used the service extensively.

We cannot provide refunds for: Change of mind after purchase. Partial use of a subscription period. Failure to cancel before renewal (subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled).

To request a refund, please contact us at support@optimer.cloud with your account details and payment reference. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Optimer dashboard. Access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply after cancellation.
  2. This Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer rights (14-day withdrawal for digital services, unless used) and other regional regulations.
  3. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
