These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Optimer (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our online image compression services provided at optimer.cloud. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.
Optimer is an online SaaS tool that allows users to compress and optimize images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, SVG, GIF). We provide subscription-based access with different pricing tiers.
Users must create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the service under the supervision of a legal guardian.
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party providers (e.g., Paddle, Stripe). Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected plan. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.
Users agree not to: Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the platform. Misuse Optimer for activities that violate applicable laws.
- All software, trademarks, and content on Optimer are owned by us or licensed to us. Users retain rights to their uploaded images, but grant us temporary rights to process them for optimization purposes.
- Optimer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make reasonable efforts to ensure service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
